These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ION Elevate Media website and any text messages you receive from us. By using this website, booking a call or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

ION Elevate Media is a marketing agency that helps home renovation companies get more booked estimates using Meta advertising and an automated lead-qualification system.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking a call or filling out a form. All content on this website belongs to ION Elevate Media and may not be copied without permission.

3. SMS / text messaging terms

Program: ION Elevate Media text messages: promotional messages (chat widget opt-in) and booking confirmations and reminders (booking calendar opt-in).

What you'll receive: You can opt in two ways. (1) Chat widget: when you enter your mobile number in the chat widget on our website and check the optional, unchecked consent box, you authorize ION Elevate Media to text or call that number with promotional messages about our services, offers and updates, possibly using automated means. (2) Booking calendar: when you book a strategy call and check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages about your booking, including appointment confirmations and reminders. Checking any box is optional and is not required to book.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
